Formula B Thursday/Saturday: Thursday from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Goal:

Swimming for sporting but non-competitive purposes under the direction and with the advice of a coach (or according to his personal program).
